Estamos nos primeiros dias de um novo ano, passamos por muitos momentos nos últimos 365 dias que tivemos, muitas experiências, torrente de sentimentos que em muitas ocasiões foram o motivo de atingir e buscar novas metas, de agregar novos valores e sair da nossa condição de conforto para ser alguém além do que o passado sempre nos afirmou e confirmou, somos frutos de arvores resistentes ao tempo e daremos frutos com o tempo e passaremos a ser arvores ao longo do tempo.

A nossa base sempre vai ser o que aprendemos diante das pessoas mais próximas a nós, porém se a nossa busca estiver fora da nossa área de conforto estaremos além das fronteiras que nos foram impostas pelo comodismo pelo conformismo e por parte da sociedade que nos coloca a mercê das estatísticas criadas para nos manipular.

 Sejamos mais do que meros números para a sociedade, agregando valores, buscando formas para superar tudo que até ontem foi absorvido como aprendizado por cada um de nós, este é o momento para acelerar a coleta de informação, de olhar com bons olhos para os que já fizeram algo e desejar fazer também, de se apresentar diferente, de agir diferente.

Somos todos semelhantes e claro que vemos pessoas bem sucedidas e pensamos logo nas dificuldades que essa pessoa passou para estar ali, na luta que foi para conquistar cada dia daquele tão esperado sucesso, porém, quem realmente alcança resultados não fica parado pensando na luta, apenas vai busca-lo.

Se em algum momento nós conduzirmos a nossa força de vontade para fora da nossa região e olharmos com bons olhos para os empreendedores de hoje, teremos nosso ponto inicial para seguir adiante, para tentar algo novo, para ser uma parte importante da construção de nossa sociedade, alguém que outros vão seguir e se orgulhar de dizer eu fiz igual aquele senhor, comecei no pouco e hoje tenho muito, por que um dia comecei e comecei por que me espelhei naquele senhor para chegar ande estou hoje.

Neste novo inicio de ano, desejo a todos que busquem de forma diferente alcançar tudo aquilo que sonharam, ou que algum dia desejaram ter, boa sorte e sucesso a todos.

Além do mais e além do menos! Beyond more and beyond less!

Sabemos que proporções são aplicadas a tudo, sentimentos, ações, quantidades entre outras coisas, temos nossa própria estimativa do que almejamos, como pessoas, como trabalhadores, empreendedores e até mesmo com a nossa simples função de viver e respirar.

Todos somos conectados e por mais que não esperemos nada em troca, já somos programados a esperar por isso, acreditamos que algo nos será dado e que seremos felizes ao receber isso que tanto almejamos, e nessa espera, como acreditamos ser uma troca acabamos nos frustrando por não receber de acordo com o que acreditamos merecer, se é que realmente merecemos receber algo.

A nossa cultura nos projeta isso desde que saímos do ventre, tudo é uma troca, de carinho, de choro por comida, de choro por atenção entre outras coisas, e por que na vida toda haveria de ser diferente já que nascemos e fomos programados para agir e reagir dessa forma?

Com o passar dos anos somos calejados e aprendemos a estar presentes em lugares e ocasiões favoráveis para realizar a nossa troca, buscamos isso e acreditamos que vai acontecer, seja bom ou ruim, inconscientemente sabemos como será, porém a nossa tendência nos leva ao fracasso esperando por algo que muitas vezes não vai chegar.

Somos capacitados desde o menos ao maior, mais novo e mais velho, apenas precisamos nos condicionar a fazer, agir, servir alguém e se sujeitar as nossas diferenças, atender as nossas prioridades físicas e psicológicas, dentro e fora de casa, no trabalho, e mais ainda com as pessoas ao nosso redor.

Não devemos nada a ninguém porém nascemos em meio a sociedade e em tudo todos interagem e com isso existe a necessidade de sermos solidários, de sermos mais do que achamos, do que prevemos com nossa ansiedade.

Primeiro acreditando e depois praticando e assim constantemente sendo mais para todos e um pouco menos para nós, cuidando de tudo com tudo cuidando de nós.

Our culture projects this to us from the moment we leave the womb, everything is an exchange, of affection, of crying for food, of crying for attention among other things, and why should life be any different since we were born and programmed to act and react in this way?

Over the years we are hardened and learn to be present in favorable places and occasions to carry out our exchange, we look for this and believe that it will happen, whether good or bad, unconsciously we know how it will be, but our tendency leads us to failure waiting for something that often won't come.

We are trained from the smallest to the largest, youngest and oldest, we just need to condition ourselves to do, act, serve someone and subject ourselves to our differences, meet our physical and psychological priorities, inside and outside the home, at work, and even more with the people around us.

We owe nothing to anyone, but we are born into society and everyone interacts with everything, and with that there is a need to be supportive, to be more than we think, than we anticipate with our anxiety.

Mais de nós! More from us!

Em meio a muitas guerras temos sobrevivido, e ao longe sempre avistamos algo bom, que nos traz esperança e pensamentos bons que nos levam a lugares agradáveis repletos de amigos e alegria em volta de todos.

Claro que as guerras não cessaram, porém ao longo do tempo saberemos qual é a nossa batalha e como devemos lutar, pois existem vários meios para se obter êxito em uma batalha, e nem sempre é necessário força bruta.

Vejamos neste ano onde tivemos uma catástrofe biológica, quem foram os vilões em tudo isso, e quem continua sendo nosso vilão.

As nossas práticas diárias anunciam um deles, o qual não descansa e está a todo tempo nos lembrando de algo, ou nos alertando para alguma coisa fora da nossa responsabilidade, ele habita em nós e sabe o ponto certo ao nos chamar para algo, desviando a nossa atenção para prazeres momentâneos ou coisas que leves que nos impedem de realizar algo grande por ser mais difícil, mais cansativo, demorado.

Nosso ego é um de nossos vilões que nos ataca a todo tempo tentando nos impedir de realizar alguns feitos inéditos, ou até mesmo de realizar coisas básicas pelo simples fato de ter de se mover.

Outro vilão em nosso cotidiano é a nossa unidade que muitas vezes não nos deixa se aliar a ninguém perdendo a oportunidade de se fazer mais em menos tempo, de se aprender mais em uma mesmo condição corriqueira, e de evoluir os resultados usuais, jamais estaremos sozinhos e devemos nos aliar as pessoas ao nosso redor de alguma forma, sejamos compassivos e busquemos em conjunto nossas realizações.

 Sabemos dos nosso defeitos e mesmo assim apontamos para os outros dizendo que isso ele, ou aquele, ao invés de nos deixarmos aprender com nossos erros e assim nos permitir evoluir e seguir adiante sem julgar, sem acusar, e melhor de tudo sem nos deixar levar pelo nosso ego.

O meu desejo é que todos busquemos mais de todos e menos de apenas um, em conjunto somos todos vencedores e aprendemos uns com os outros agindo e sendo uma imensa família.

Na realidade! Actually!

O mundo vai te manipular e fazer com que acredite em inúmeras possibilidades, porém a propaganda que faz a sua mente girar em torno de infinitas possibilidades só vai te fazer acreditar na mentira deslavada que há sobre quase tudo.

Nossa cultura é a primeira cicatriz que conquistamos ao entender que a luta é comum para todos e que o mais forte nem sempre vai ser o aparente, e o mais fraco nem sempre vai ser o visivelmente disposto.

Caracterizamos interpretações distorcidas da realidade e inventamos culpados, deixamos de ser nossas realidade para viver realidades criadas pelos outros que com suas indagações usurpam da ingenuidade alheia, se dizendo ser apenas a solução, por entender mais, por agir mais rápido, ou até mesmo por distrair a real intenção que se veste o paradigma  do imediatismo.

Quem tem a chave sempre está pronto a agir em prol do próprio beneficio e criar as mais infinitas situações que se dissolvem diante das inúmeras atividades, nossos olhos não se fecham para a realidade, porém, as distrações cobrem as reais intenções que são dispostas explicitamente ao passar dos dias e a cada dia.

Não devemos mudar ao agrado de todos, mas sim ao nosso agrado, mas o respeito aos diferentes ambientes deve permanecer para que cada um possa exercer o direito de respeito, o erro acontece para todos, portanto sejamos mais flexíveis e tenhamos um pouco de senso para com todos e conosco também.

Um pouco mais de cada um em todos e um pouco de todos em cada um, a realidade é para todos, mas cada um tem a sua e como vai lidar com isso só é importante para quem vai trabalhar a sua importância e usufruir dos seus méritos para consigo mesmo.

 A arte está nas mãos de quem opera e prática suas habilidades entendendo o tempo certo de cada atividade e onde deve aplicar cada prática.

Todos temos alguns momentos precisos onde nossa mente trabalha no automático fazendo tudo sem muito esforço, realizando inúmeras atividades dentro de cada contexto.

Nestes dias de atividade temos nossa mente relaxada e recebendo cada vitória ilustre com gratidão, por saber que o que precisava ser feito foi com maestria executado e que tudo que veio antes de tal realização nos trouxe aprendizado, cada coisa na medida certa, cada história pela qual passamos tem uma parcela de ensinamento.

A medida que abrimos os olhos para entender o que está por vir, aceitando nossa realidade temos muito a oferecer aos nossos e as nossas capacidades desde o primeiro momento em que aceitamos a nossa verdade, por que de verdade, com a verdade sejamos de verdade, sendo assim teremos mais de nós e menos do que muitas vezes nem sabemos o que é, por que todos temos o instinto de seguir o efeito manada, seguir outros, estar condicionado a apenas uma coisa.

Boas praticas! Good habits!

 Afim de manter minhas habilidades afiadas e lançar meus pensamentos e exemplos de vida estou aqui praticando meus ensinamentos e validando o que pratiquei em relação as minhas teorias.

Tenho praticado fazer o bem e servir deixando de lado minhas vontades, meus anseios e desejos e o resultado é tremendo, algo que eu realmente não imaginava antes de realizar tal ação.

Antes de tudo muitas coisas me machucavam como se estivessem me agredindo, agora após passar algum tempo servindo tenho notado que não sou o centro do universo e que parte de todos os sentimentos que muitas vezes eu tinha eram sobre mim e o quanto eu me achava importante.

Hoje tenho uma noção diferente sobre quem eu sou e qual é o meu papel dentro da sociedade e em meio as pessoas que me cercam, muitas portas se abriram e tive o prazer de conhecer a verdade sobre muitas coisas.

Saber me entender para entender além de mim, e dos outros, muitas vezes um problema interno se espalha contaminando ao redor, entendendo o meu problema posso me ajudar a resolver e não contaminar os outros nem meus ambientes.

A linha que praticamos diariamente muitas vezes é complicada de entender pois temos os limites, as extremidades e dependendo de onde estamos em nossa rotina, com certeza será parte de nossa vitória ou derrota em nossa batalha, ter equilíbrio é estar com os pés firmados, ser alicerce como uma rocha.

Estar com os pés firmados no chão com uma base sólida e ser flexível em nossos pensamentos é o que nos torna condutores pois somos firmes para conduzir qualquer que seja a informação, resistentes para manter estável nosso ambiente e flexíveis para aceitar as informações quaisquer que sejam filtrando e estabelecendo uma direção dentre todos os parâmetros e situações um em nossas rotinas.

Nem mais nem menos somos o que somos e todos temos nosso lugar ao sol, mude o que precisar para ser melhor, para se relacionar melhor, para entender e enxergar além de si mesmo, pois tudo está interligado e somos partes integrantes desse mundo que vivemos cada um com sua função e habilidade.

I've been practicing doing good and serving, putting aside my wants, desires and desires and the result is tremendous, something I really didn't imagine before performing such an action.

First of all, many things hurt me as if they were attacking me, now after spending some time serving I have noticed that I am not the center of the universe and that part of all the feelings I often had were about myself and how important I thought I was. .

Today I have a different notion about who I am and what my role is within society and among the people around me, many doors have opened and I have had the pleasure of knowing the truth about many things.

Knowing how to understand myself to understand beyond myself, and others, often an internal problem spreads contaminating around, understanding my problem can help me solve it and not contaminate others or my environments.

The line that we practice daily is often difficult to understand because we have limits, ends and depending on where we are in our routine, it will certainly be part of our victory or defeat in our battle, to have balance is to have our feet firm, to be foundation like a rock.

Having our feet on the ground with a solid foundation and being flexible in our thoughts is what makes us conductors because we are firm to conduct whatever information is, resistant to keep our environment stable and flexible to accept whatever information is filtering. and establishing a direction among all parameters and situations one in our routines.

Aljava de especiarias! Spice Quiver!

 Nossa grande massa tem se fortalecido em alguns quesitos e em outros se posicionado como cão de guarda, protegendo ao invisível aos olhos de todos, haverá algo realmente perigoso para tal ação?

Talvez seja um retrato do medo que a pandemia causou, ou algo que estava guardado no interior de muitos e agora se revelou, todos temos o medo em comum, porém esse medo é um sentido natural que nos alerta para algumas ocasiões para se ter o devido cuidado ou para parar imediatamente o que está fazendo pois existe um perigo e nos atemos em realizar por aviso do nosso próprio sistema.

Fomos feitos a imagem e semelhança de Deus e somos praticamente perfeitos, o que nos impede de ser na maior parte do tempo é o nosso ego, vaidade, preguiça, dentre outros, aquém diga não existir, aquém diga ser superior a isso, mas todos temos pois somos semelhantes e temos todos os mesmos sentidos, mas culturalmente desenvolvidos de diversas formas diferentes, em regiões diferentes.

Cada qual tem seu propósito e vive de acordo com o que busca, quando busca, alguns levam apenas a vida pelos dias que se passam, outros agarram firmes na crista do cavalo que os leva avançando adiante a toda velocidade projetando tudo o que pode para conquistar mais e mais!

Todos somos frutos da mesma semente, aquela do principio e todos temos a energia para conquistas e a fadiga de não sentir vontade para nada, senso de ajuda e senso de liberdade para realizações, não nos privemos de tudo que temos, por que o que temos é muito maior do que aquilo que se vê, temos todas as ferramentas necessárias para o dia a dia, seja seguindo sozinhos ou com alguém, ou em grupo, e precisamos entender que o nosso dever como semelhantes é estar atento em ajudar quando for preciso, deixar seguir se for o caso e agir quando propicio.

Tenhamos mais de nós e menos de eu, tenhamos mais da alegria que nos é dada em sorrisos, em lágrimas, a paz que nos transforma em seres iluminados para iluminar aos outros assim como os outros nos iluminam!

Ser para crer, estar para concretizar, entreter para amar e escrever para registrar um pouco do muito que se tem, para distribuir a todos quantos possível uma parte do que nos foi dado em amor, com carinho e também em tempo dos que se foram e nos ensinaram, dos que aqui estão e nos ensinam e daqueles aos quais aprendemos ensinando em nossos dias.

Somos nosso resgate, somos nosso caminho, somos muito mais do que imaginamos!

Sejamos sempre mais com tudo que há de bom, e nosso sentimento bom traga bons frutos a todos quantos for possível.
